Weddings and Events
Seating for up to 80 guests is featured in a white interior with wood accents and arched windows. An antique pump organ and an Digital Concert Piano complement the excellent acoustics. The church is one room approximately 24 x 30 feet, plus a moveable pulpit in a raised 9′ x 6′ alcove. Double doors open to a center aisle carpeted with a dark rose runner. A wheelchair ramp provides access and a staging area for the wedding party to enter. The front stairs and the ramp overlook provide a perfect area for group photos.

The 4-acre site provides for your imaginative theme — be it religious, western, picnic, family-centric, or formal.
There is a cozy bridal prep room in a separate building with mirrors, tables, and a separate entry to an adjoining smaller room if groom and groomsmen also need to prepare. There is no restroom in the changing room. There are RV power outlets on the property should you wish to bring an RV unit or a restroom trailer for additional prep space.
Church lights can be dimmed. Pews have flower and bow hooks. Above the entry stairs and pulpit proscenium are hooks for garland or streamers. Electric (battery) candles and handy pew-clips for floral attachment are available at most craft supply stores.
Clackamas County Fire code does not allow open flames or candles inside the church. It is against Oregon law to launch “Sky Lanterns” or other hot-air flamed balloons. Fireworks are prohibited as are Barbecues or open fires on site without specific location approval.

The Church is rented in two-hour increments and longer term periods. Contact our event coordinator for pricing and availability.
There is a one-hour cleaning period between events. Florists, photographers, and musicians have access only during your rental period.
Use of the fragile antique organ will be limited to organists or others by approval only. The digital piano is available for everyone’s use.
There is space in the church lot for your RV or trailer, and there is a 120v power plug on the library building.
One portable toilet is included on site. For larger groups, additional portable restrooms are your responsibility and can be delivered and placed early. Our reservation secretary will help with this planning. Luxury restroom trailers are available from our vendor.
Off-street parking for 25-plus cars is provided in the church lot and the street lot. Additional parking is provided for 50 or more in the rear lot by the historic log cabin.
